CORC^® TECHNOLOGY
Advanced Conductor Technologies LLC manufactures high-temperature superconducting (HTS) Conductor on Round Core (CORC^®) cables and wires for high-current power cable systems and high-field magnets.

We provide the cable technology that enables compact power cables needed in for instance future electric aircraft and superconducting magnets for particle accelerators and fusion reactors.

CORC^® cables and wires provide very high current densities while having a much higher bending flexibility than other superconducting cables. It is our mission to help our customers achieve advanced system performance goals by integrating CORC^® cables and wires customized for their specific applications.

CORE COMPETENCIES
Advanced Conductor Technologies performs extensive tests on full-scale CORC^® cables and wires in various cryogenic environments, at very high magnetic fields, under severe mechanical loads, and at high current ramp rates.

With over a decade of experience, Advanced Conductor Technologies has been able to push the performance boundaries of long-length CORC^® cables and wires to ever higher levels.
